1. Refunds
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to cancellations or non-attendance due to weather, illness, travel delays, personal circumstances, or other conditions outside Flying W Ranch’s control. Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time reserved and cannot be applied toward merchandise, special performances, or special engagements. Guests who are asked to leave the property for violating the Flying W Ranch Code of Conduct will not receive a refund or any form of compensation. Click Here to Read the Flying W Ranch Code of Conduct.
By purchasing a ticket, ticket purchaser and/or the purchaser’s agent acknowledges and agrees that Colorado law does not require refunds for unused or partially used tickets.
2. Ticket Tranfers
Each Chuckwagon Dinner & Original Western Stage Show (“Chuckwagon Show”) and each Cowboy Christmas Jubilee Show (“Christmas Show”) is a unique ticketed event (“Event”) that occurs on a scheduled date (“Event Date”). Tickets may be transferred to another Event Date at no charge – if seating is available for that Event Date – up to 5 days (120 hours) prior to the originally purchased Event Date.
If tickets are not transferred prior to the 5-day (120-hour) cutoff, no transfer, credit, or rescheduling of any kind will be permitted.
3. Chargebacks
All ticket sales are final in accordance with the Refund policy in Section 1 (see above). Ticket purchaser and/or the purchaser’s agent agrees to waive any rights to dispute the charges for the ticket(s) or file a chargeback with a bank, credit card issuer, credit card processor, or payment company.
If a chargeback is initiated after the purchaser has agreed to these Terms & Conditions at checkout, Flying W Ranch reserves the right to cancel the associated tickets, deny entry, dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation, pursue the outstanding balance and any associated fees by any lawful means, and restrict the purchaser from future ticket purchases.
Purchaser remains liable for the full ticket price even if a chargeback is initiated, and cancellation of tickets due to a chargeback does not relieve purchaser of the debt. Purchaser agrees to reimburse Flying W Ranch for all costs incurred in responding to or disputing a chargeback, including administrative fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney fees. Fraudulent chargebacks may constitute theft of services under Colorado law.
